Texas House Democrats taking refuge in Illinois to break a legislative quorum in their home state, along with Democratic Party leaders, rebuked a Texas GOP plan to redraw the state’s congressional district maps. Democratic National Committee Chair Ken Martin said the Texas Republicans’ plan will be fought with “every option on the table.”
