The military parade to celebrate the 250th anniversary of the U.S. Army will feature 7,000 soldiers, 150 Army vehicles and more than 60 aircraft. The parade could cost as much as $45 million, which has led to criticism from both Democrats and Republicans. NBC News’ Kelly O’Donnell reports.
