US, Russia meet to talk end of Ukraine war — without Zelenskyy

Senior officials from the United States and Russia meet in Saudi Arabia for the most extensive talks between the two nations since the invasion began nearly three years ago. Ukraine’s president Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who was notably left out of the meeting, insisted on Monday “we cannot recognize any agreements about us made without us.” NBC’s Keir Simmons reports for TODAY.
